AIESEC is an international youth-run, non-governmental and not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural internships, and global volunteer exchange experiences. Project Summary
Problem Statement
Moldova has a high teenage pregnancy and
abortions among youth, increased incidences
of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs),
including HIV, risky health and social behaviors.
The adolescent birth rate continues
to be twice higher in Moldova (27.9
per 1,000 women aged 15-19 in
2015) than in the EU.
Introducing Let's Get It On!
A Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3, Good Health and
Well-Being aligned project that aims to develop the confidence of
Moldovan youth in developing healthier relationships, positive
behaviours and increased awareness about sexual health and
pregnancy, HIV, and other STIs.
A 3 weeks programme that empowers youth in Moldova to have a healthy sexual lifestyle.
